Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Toktik LIVE Intelligence web application and developer API. By creating a workspace or issuing an API key you agree to them.
1. The service
Toktik provides analytics derived from persisted observations of public TikTok LIVE activity, across a stated, expanding Coverage Set. It is an independent product and is not TikTok, nor an official TikTok data service.
Coverage is a bounded subset, never a completeness guarantee. See the collection methodology for how data is observed, labelled and limited.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your workspace and keys. Do not attempt to exceed your plan's rate limits or credit allotment by circumvention, resell raw access without authorization, or use the service to target or harass individuals.
Credit allotments and hard caps are prepaid and metered in real time; overage is available only via prepaid top-up packs.
3. Data, provenance & creator rights
Results carry provenance and coverage labels. A recorded creator opt-out or deletion request results in durable suppression of retained LIVE history.
Public creator data may still be personal data under applicable law; your use must respect legal-basis, transparency and retention duties.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through our merchant-of-record. We never handle card data. Fees, credit grants and renewals are as shown at checkout and on your billing page.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis over a bounded coverage set, without warranty of completeness. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as the final counsel-reviewed terms will specify.
6. Changes
These terms will be finalized by legal counsel before commercial launch. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
